Delivery Terms

We offer white glove delivery service which includes placement in the room of choice and assembly. Our base standard delivery fee is $175 and is adjusted based on distance, quantity & weight, and assembly required. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery. Missed or rescheduled delivery appointments may incur additional fees.


Clients are given a 3-4 hour window on the day of delivery. 

lead times

Custom furniture items will have varying times depending on the manufacturer. If we are notified by the manufacturers of any delays beyond the estimated lead time we provide, we will notify you. We will not, however, make price adjustments or cancel an order due to manufacturing delays in production. 

Furniture Fit Disclaimer

The client is responsible for measuring their space and entryways to ensure that the furniture being delivered will fit through all access points, including doorways, stairwells, and elevators. If furniture does not fit, additional fees may apply for return, rescheduling, or restocking. 

Access & Obstruction

The client must ensure that the delivery pathways are clear of obstructions, and pets must be put away before the scheduled delivery. If the path is blocked or unsafe, the delivery team may be unable to complete the delivery, and additional charges may apply. The delivery team is not permitted to move existing furniture, hang wall art, or move electronic equipment. Adorn Home Furnishings is NOT responsible for the removal or dismantling of any existing furniture. 

Stairs & Elevators

The client must accurately reported the number of stairs and/or the availability of an elevator. Failure to disclose this information may result in delays or additional service fees. 

Adult Present for Delivery

Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery at the scheduled time. 

Final Placement & Inspection

Upon delivery, the client must inspect the furniture for any damage or defects and approve final placement. Once accepted, any damage not noted at the time of delivery may not be eligible for a claim.
