Custom Furniture includes any items not purchased directly from our showroom or warehouse inventory. Once a custom order is placed, there is a 48-hour window in which it may be changed or canceled. After this period, cancellations or returns cannot be accepted. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us at the time of delivery.
Slight dye lot or texture differences can occur between samples, floor models, and final products. These natural variations are not defects and do not qualify for returns or discounts.
Floor Sales refer to items purchased directly from the showroom floor in as-is condition. These items may be returned within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as when sold. Adorn Home Furnishings reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 30%. Any applicable delivery fees for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
A 50% deposit must be made to secure the purchase of an order. The total remaining payment is due before furniture can be delivered or picked up. We accept checks, cash, debit, and mobile payment apps at no fee and credit at a 3% surcharge. We also have financing available.
